Session on Wednesday, Mar 01, 15:25
» Where on timetable

The purpose of the workshop is to introduce the revised EMCC Coaching Supervision Competence Framework and apply it to a demonstration of coaching supervision. The audience will use the competences to review the example of supervision they have observed. This workshop will also be an opportunity to learn about the full range of supervision accreditation offerings that are available with EMCC.

Tom Battye is the EMCC International Supervision WorkGroup leader. Recently this has involved a review of the EMCC European Supervision Quality Award and a revision of the supervision competence framework, glossary and guidelines. He is a highly experienced coach, supervisor and organisational consultant. Tom has a background as a professional expedition leader, responsible for leading treks and managing projects in developing countries. Tom still uses expeditions as a platform for leadership development.

Dr Damian Goldvarg has been an executive coach for twenty years in over fifty countries working for United Nations agencies, universities, Fortune 100 companies and community-based organisations. In the last ten years, he has been training and mentoring coaches and has recently developed a coaching supervision training program. He has written three coaching books and is the past President of the International Coach Federation (2013 and 2014).
