Session

In our pilot social responsibility project of ‘creating value for women, by women’ we aimed to increase women’s awareness, potential and impact in their environment by being coached and empowered by the executive women in our client organisation. We believed that, all women were valuable, able to create value, resourceful and competent. Through coaching, we had the honor to accompany them in becoming more aware of their own value, significance, strengths and competencies; and support them in the process of making changes in their lives by taking actions towards their goals in life to move forward. In our session we’ll be sharing the idea, the methodology and the findings of the impact measurements after implementing a seven months long, multi-dimensional coaching and mentoring program which consists of facilitation, one to one coaching, group coaching, mentoring and supervision.
