Fringe Event Two: Wednesday 1 March 2017 09.30–12.30
Location: Sheraton Hotel and Spa

Session on Wednesday, Mar 01, 09:30
» Where on timetable

In the second fringe event, we are looking at the use of coaching for health, well-being and cultural change – from two perspectives:

- The importance for coaches of attending to their own health, well-being and capacity to support others’ development within the context of a coaching relationship. With Wendy Robinson, coach and supervisor, Taylor Clarke. Wendy will share her own story and present her framework around self-care. You will have the chance to share ideas around self-care as well as experience some approaches.

- The application of internal coaching within the NHS and the potential for supporting coachees around their own health, well-being and resourcefulness as leaders in the challenging context of healthcare. With Liz Walker, OD Advisor & Coaching Service Lead, NHS Forth Valley. Liz will share her story around leading and delivering internal coaching within a healthcare system including a case study of enabling a coachee to take care of themselves and the positive impact for coachee and coach alike.

You will have the opportunity to reflect on what all this all means for your own practice and development as a mentor or coach.
