Session

CoUching is said to be a hybrid of coaching and counselling, a concept that is beginning to take root. In this workshop we will expose some of the stereotypes around counselling and coaching, explore the interface of our two professions and discover where these might really meet. With the increased emphasis on wellbeing in the workplace the fusion of these two disciplines is an important concept for supporting employee resilience in facing the everyday pressures of the working environment.

This session will appeal to HR professionals, coaches, counsellors and mentors engaged in promoting good people practices. The business benefit is making sure that investment in coaching / counselling is adding value and meeting expectations.
